Internally you may feel a pressure, a tension that slowly builds over time. This is energy that is not being directed. It is remaining within and so it creates dis-ease and so it creates within you a disharmonious state because you wanted to do or go or be or see and you did not.

The root of your torment or anguish may be related to things not done, energies not expressed. So express them. You do not need to go back in time and repeat the lesson. No, you are more powerful than that. You may simply see in your mind’s eye what you would have like to do and feel the outcome. Tune into the energies of the situation from all involved.
Then when the time comes to pass in the moment, in your now presence you may be better equipped to accurately express yourself. You see — you think you may have wanted to do this one thing, but in reality what you wanted to express was something totally different. You can get to the root or the cause of the pressure building up within by meditating on it. Feeling the energy that you wish to express and feeling the effects.
You may be surprised by what energies and expressions you bring forth. Again, feel into them. Your mind is not always in tune with your heart or emotional centers and does not always know the answer — does not always know how to express the energies that well up inside you. And so you should go forth and express what is truly building within to release and bring forth.
